With 23+ years in IT and operations, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to organizational performance. I’ve managed portfolios exceeding $50M, built PMO functions from scratch, designed governance frameworks, optimized processes across industries, and led delivery of complex programs.
My background includes:

Why I Started This Practice
After years working inside large organizations and consulting firms, I saw a gap. Companies need operational expertise but don’t need—or can’t afford—big consulting firm overhead. They need practical help, not PowerPoint decks.
Solutions Bradshaw exists to provide that practical help. Right-sized engagements. Direct access to experience. Solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper.
